It is time for the recycling of leaders in the city of Virginia Beach to come to an end.   It's time for the next generation to step up and accept the challenge of leaving something better for those who follow us.  As citizens of Virginia Beach, we are on the same team in maintaining and improving the quality of life in this great city.  I encourage and challenge you to get involved.  I want you on my team.
